You will serve as a E-LEARNING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST in the Training and Education Department, Education Planning and Integration Division of NAVMEDFORSUPCMD FT SAM.

Duties

You will use E-learning authoring software to generate interactive course prototypes for approval processes. You will use a systematic approach to development to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements. You will execute the lifecycle process of E-learning programs and implements design changes. Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Experience consulting with the instructional systems specialist to develop or modify new and existing integrated E-learning courseware, training, multimedia components, and performance support products for Navy Medicine personnel. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining E-learning programs including web-based training courseware and other forms of online training. Experience generating the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant packaged quiz-based E-learning output programing packages and submits them to an external learning management system (LMS).
