Duties

Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facility, and machinery. Meet and greet customers and answer telephone to provide information concerning the facilities, equipment, and programs. Supports and participates in recreational programs, special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. Act on behalf of the facility manager in his/her absence; oversees staffing schedule and verifies staff completes training. Conducts inventory of equipment as required, completes fire safety checks, and secures the facility. Must be willing and able to work all shifts morning, afternoon and evening.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• Able and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
