This position is located in Department of Homeland Security. U.S. Coast Guard Command, Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (CG-DCMS) Assistant Commandant for C5ISC, located in Portsmouth, VA.
Duties
This position has full responsibility for maintaining the C-School Training Branch Student Quota Control Office. The incumbent will manage students' relations, including developing, submitting, and managing student welcoming aboard packages, ensuring students have proper lodging, managing the student check-in and badging system, maintaining course and student files, maintaining and printing student course material, maintaining liaison between C5ISC and Training Quota Management Center (TQC), and assisting the course development team in the analysis, evaluation and development of training materials and delivery methods with regards to Cost Guard policy and mission training.

- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- This position requires a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
Qualifications
Qualifications for GS-07: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 level in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Examples include:
Maintaining student files; Managing and maintaining student course material;
Maintaining and updating databases;
Conducting training analysis and evaluations, and training materials; and
Assembling training materials.
