As Senior Project Manager, you will:
Perform an in-depth assessment of the problems to ascertain the cause and effect of the Production or Asset Management's project difficulties.
Collect, analyze, and record extensive project and market information in order to develop a problem diagnosis and a recommended response.
Arrange meetings with lenders, owners, management agents, local government, and residents.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-14: Specialized experience is one (1) year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, which is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully. Specialized experience is defined as follows:
-Developing contractual documents and solutions as to insure Multifamily underwriting of properties are constructed or renovated, per the specifications, and plans prepared by the architect; AND
-Coordinating or supporting a variety of Multifamily housing program functions (such as FHA mortgage insurance, Section 202, and 811 Capital Advance programs, risk management, and compliance); AND
-Consulting with, and providing, technical assistance nationally to HUD Regional Multifamily program officials, Federal, state, & local government officials on a variety of Multifamily housing program related technical matters; AND
-Leading or managing a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving project goals or objectives.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
