ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position serves as a Program and Business Administration Officer for the Source GEOINT Information Group's (ST) Business Office (STB) responsible for multiple administrative, financial, and workforce activities. Duties:1. Responsible for resource management (budget, travel, training, and supplies).2. Responsible for tasker and RFI management.3. Responsible for award submission collection, review, and validation.4. Responsible for space and seating management.5. Responsible for records and knowledge management.6. Responsible for processing table of organization requests.7. MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Demonstrated experience with front office resource management (budget, travel, training, and supplies).2. Demonstrated experience with tasker and RFI management.3. Demonstrated experience managing space and seating in a collaboratively environment.4. Demonstrated experience with workforce planning and management. 5. Demonstrated experience with collection and fulfillment of technical needs. 6. Demonstrated experience with records and knowledge management via SharePoint.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Demonstrated experience leading the and prioritizing tasks on schedule or within timelines, in an environment where requirements frequently change and timelines can be very short.2. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with pressure, and to maintain calm, optimism, and mission focus.3. Demonstrated ability to communicate and foster relationships with management and customers in support of complex resource issues.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated with internal, external, and senior audiences. 5. Possession of SCRUM and/or agile development certification.
