You will serve as a LEAD ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Administrative Section of SWFLANT KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will perform administrative management functions that service and/or fulfill a number of organizational requirements.
You will develop and execute administrative policies, plans and goals, objectives, and implementation strategies to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and regulatory requirements
You will advise the Commanding Officer on interpretation, application, and execution of military regulations, policies, and procedures concerning enlistment, promotion, transfer, and discharge of military personnel.
You will establish and issue command standards and guidelines for the preparation of quality correspondence.
You will establish policy and procedures for the control and maintenance of SWFLANT central files for both classified and unclassified documents.
You will devise and implement command records disposal program, including monitoring the program, processing forms, providing transportation, and maintaining a detailed filing system.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: using management principles and techniques in order to solve administrative problems and performing budget administration, personnel management, security administration, management or program analysis, or financial management.
