About the Position: This position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), Fort Moore, Ga. The MCOE is located 100 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia, and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training.

Duties

Determines the education needs of installation personnel through needs assessments, interest inventory surveys, discussions with Commanders, and students. Responsible for planning, developing, managing and leading an installation-level Army Continuing Education System (ACES) Program. Supervises, directs and coordinates a staff of professional, technical, clerical and support personnel. Plans and develops local policies, goals, and objectives, of the education services and the credentialing/licensure program, IAW policies, regulations, and Department of Defense Instructions Coordinates and negotiates with education institutions to establish education and/ training programs.
