You will serve as a MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGER of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Salary Range for GS-11 level: $76,860 - $99,914
Salary Range for GS-12 level: $92,123 - $119,760
Duties
You will have knowledge of the Maximo Anywhere application for use on mobile devices, such as iPad and iPhones.
You will have experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems with mobile devices.
You will be able to analyze metrics related to mobile device management and make recommendations for improvement.
You will have excellent customer service skills.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying expertise in new application or development to resolve unique problems or issues regarding mobility issues; 2) Planning, scheduling, conducting projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of the assigned functions and processes; and 3) Developing process documentation for the configuration and maintenance of public work devices and management of Maximo application utilization metrics.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Understanding new application or development to resolve unique problems or issues regarding mobility issues; 2) Having extensive knowledge in technical issues, training of metrics and systems as it pertains to Maximo; and 3) Providing assistance to resolve conflicts which arise, and coordinate work with others as required.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
