Duties

Major duties for the Maintenance Mechanic positions include: Performs masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, roofing, and plumbing maintenance of historic and non-historic buildings using appropriate techniques. Operates motor vehicles daily for transporting tools and equipment to jobsites. Prioritizes work based on oral instructions and work orders.
