You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT OFFICER in the Fleet Supply & Ordnance Program of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as principal executive and advisor to the Fleet Supply Officer in all mattes regarding Fleet Ordnance and Supply.
You will coordinate and develop supply and ordnance policy and strategic plans.
You will provide appropriate senior level human resource leadership, guidance and counsel for personnel.
You will prepare short and long-range objectives to facilitate staff organization and ensure adequate funding to administer and implement staff mission.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality performance of work.
You will provide technical and administrative supervision to five branches.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Coordinating resolution of complex issues dealing with senior management officials.
Planning, programming, and budgeting systems (PPBS), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and existing operations programs.
Developing new approaches to measuring performance standard and determining accurate measurement techniques.
Defining and analyzing complex undefined operational, technical and administrative problems and providing practical solutions.
Using analytical tools and measures of effectiveness to assess performance of supporting supply chains.
Advising, counseling or instructing employees with respect to technical and administrative matters.
