You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Mission Systems Test and Evaluation Department (MSTED) within Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL). of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
Duty Station: Patuxent River, MD
Duties
You will lead and manage P-8A Integrated Mission Systems T and E efforts and will be responsible for identification of critical program test elements.
You will be translating engineering test requirements into test plans; conduct of tests; engineering analysis of test data; and reporting of test results in the area of integrated mission systems and avionics.
You will interface with experts across the core engineering competencies associated with Warfare Analysis, System-of-Systems Engineering, and the Digital, Analytics, to formulate a Capability Based LVC RDT and E strategy.
You will provide technical direction, guidance, oversight, and leadership of sub-system Developmental T and E programs within the assigned Integrated Test Team (ITT) and Integrated Program Team (IPT) structures.
You will be developing and facilitating training for peers and team members including platform/technology specific, mission areas, technical tools, lessons learned, or process improvements.
You will ensure that the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the sub-system focused team and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
You will coordinate test team efforts with the Test Team Lead Engineer, Mission Systems Lead, Senior Flight Test Engineers, MSTED Supervisors, TECT, Platform Coordinators, and other Test Team Lead Engineers

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing technical direction, guidance, oversight, and leadership of Developmental T&E sub-system programs within the assigned Integrated Test Team (ITT) and Integrated Program Team (IPT) structures. 2.) Defining Test and Evaluation techniques, concepts, principles, and practices related to state-ofthe-art developments in all aspects of systems integration, virtual and constructive techniques, and Systems of Systems interoperability testing. 3.) Forecasting previously unforeseen requirements, inter-relationships, and military effects of systems. 4.) Determining the relative merit of alternative technical approaches, including consideration of risk, operational effectiveness, testability, and cost; recommending revised operational requirements or design concepts.
