Duties

Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level. Promotion to the performance level is neither guaranteed or implied. Responsible for payroll and time keeping needs in Quicktime are properly completed. Assure all supporting documentation (i.e. overtime and travel authorization, requests for leave etc). Serve as the travel, vehicle and property coordinator and assists staff with related tasks. Assist the Administrative Officer with administrative support needs, including maintenance of administrative records, mail, sharepoint site, assigned databases, and data input related to credit cards, purchasing, fleet and property.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying. GS-06:Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 level in the Federal Service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following in a developmental capacity: (1) assisting the day-to-day administrative operations of facilities, fleet vehicles, or equipment including time and attendance; (2) processing clerical duties such as collecting, filing, inputting, and maintaining records, official forms, or mail; (3) preparing documents needed for correspondence, travel, collections, or procurement. GS-07:Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-06 level in the Federal Service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following in a developmental capacity: (1) analyzing historical financial data to develop or monitor budgetary operations; (2) processing daily activities in the areas of fleet vehicle, property, procurement, travel, or time and attendance; (3) providing information of services to others. You will not receive any credit for experience that does not indicate exact hours per week or is listed as "varies".
