You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the central focal point for processing correspondence within the Department/Division
You will establish and maintain a filing system for official files and correspondence for the Department/Division.
You will greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member.
You will maintain and updates the Office calendar, schedules appointments based on individual knowledge of routine commitments, and ensures access by all staff members.
You will provide assistance, as required, in the formulation of the Office budget.
You will maintain adequate inventory of office supplies for the Office.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector to establish, maintain, and review all required forms, records, and files pertaining to assigned work; and review forms, documentation or other related information submitted by personnel.

This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
