Duties

As a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) you will be responsible for the following duties: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the vision and roadmap accurately represent the NBIS solution. - Facilitate continuous grooming of the Solution backlog, ensuring prioritization and allocation of capabilities. - Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning; synchronize efforts, connect teams to solve problems and information gaps, and build consensus/commitment to solution objectives. - Coordinate delivery throughout PI execution to ensure successful, cadence-based delivery of the NBIS solution. - Coordinate regular synchronization meetings and solution demonstrations, ensure integration of various parts of the overall solution, track and manage risk, and work with key stakeholders to support release activities. - Collaborate with key stakeholders and program leadership to build a culture of continuous delivery and architectural flexibility, overcome communication challenges between teams, provide process leadership, and align teams towards a common goal. - Lead continuous process improvement across the NBIS Development Program and optimize flow through identifying meaningful metrics, measuring, evaluating, and streamlining delivery.

Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrated experience utilizing agile IT project management and/or other agile software development management methodology. Executing software delivery planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. Demonstration of effective oral and written communications skills. Integrating IT project and/or product teams. Defining measuring and tracking against performance metrics.
