You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery of NAVY BLD INF MGMT CTR BETHESDA.
Duties
You will serve as administrator for the contract administration and management programs.
You will review documentation received concerning contractor performance, analyze the data, and provide feedback for verification and validation.
You will prepare detailed written reports of reviews, inspections, meetings, and conversations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience assisting in developing statements of work, procedures, guidelines and conducting market survey analyses.
Experience gathering facts independently, analyzing those facts, forming judgment, and thinking rationally and clearly when demanded by conditions.
Experience identifying and/or defining a problem, identifying the cause and selecting solutions.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of programs and Outlook.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
FOR
GS-09:
SUCCESSFUL completion of a Master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirements.
