Duties

This position is scheduled to work a 4 10's (4 days, 10 hours) schedule that may include limited weekends, emergency situations, and overtime. Responsible for the operation, installation, repair, and maintenance of several types of HVAC systems and controls with a variety of components. Provides technical input to contract requirements for out-sourced HVAC design, installation, maintenance, and repair work. Serves as Contacting Off icer Representative in construction, restoration, and contacted maintenance projects. Performs all preventative maintenance, operation checks, and repairs to park's electrical systems. Installs, modifies, and repairs new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment such as sewer and water distribution systems. Maintains, replaces, and repairs heating systems that may include condensate pumps, water injectors, chemicals, and water level cut-offs. Provides basic information for budget preparation and monitors expenditures. Interprets blueprints, drawing, sketches, and work orders. Custodial work on a limited basis.
