You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Weapon Systems Management Center, Technical Data Management Division of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.

Duties
You will develop, monitor and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans that support the activities of the assigned equirement/system througout its life cycle.
You will develp supporting data and research and coordinate logistics support requirements and methodologies related to logistics data management requests for assigned equipment/systems.
You will participate in equipment/system requirement and design reviews, program board revies, provisioning planning conferenes and other logistics in-process review conferences.
You will develop plans to acquire, receive, store, transfer, issue, maintain and dispose of equiment and to provide training to employees in sustainment issues.
You will develop, analyze and maintain management information and reports, providing updates to Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements LIsts (CDRLs) and program task descripotions.
You will serve at the COntracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) responsible for ensuring the proper utilization of government funds and that work performed is within the scope of the contract.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing technical documents utilizing the principles, concepts and methodology of integrated logistics support to ensure the life cycle requirements of combat or weapon systems and/or equipment.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience applicants can qualify for this position through education substitution. To qualify through education substitution applicant must possess:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
