Duties
This position will be filled through the Office of Personnel Management's delegated Direct Hire Authority (DHA). Veteran's Preference does not apply to this announcement.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance level.
Qualifications
All applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of GS-13 or equivalent band in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
GS-14:
1) Conducting performance audits of automated information systems operated by federal and state environmental organizations;2) Leading teams in planning, conducting, and reporting on complex performance audits of information technology programs, functions, and operations;3) Providing senior-level technical advice and consultations to management and other auditors on IT related risks associated to assessments of audits and evaluations; AND4) Reviewing and editing final reports and recommendations of audit and evaluation findings.

Education
This position does not have a mandatory education requirement.
There is no substitution for specialized experience at this grade level.
