This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Maintenance Management Specialist position with US Army Engineer District, Little Rock Operations Division Asset Manamgent Section.

Duties

Serve as primary point-of-contact for Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) Program related matters. You will be responsible for ensuring standardization and consistency of Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) processes and business practices across the Operating Projects. Provide support to Operating Project Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) Technicians and other Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM ) users. Perform analysis of Operating Project maintenance data and key performance indicators to evaluate quality issues, and trends. Serve as Operations Condition Assessment (OCA) Coordinator responsible to coordinate and direct assessment evaluation across the district.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) analyzing operations data using an automated facility equipment maintenance program; AND 2) performing maintenance management data analysis for an operating project.
