Duties
Process, audit and edit complex pay actions.
Review military pay transactions and reports to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Train others on the use of automated systems.
Provide technical expertise to support Soldiers.
Research and analyze a variety of Information sources for personnel requirements.
Establish and maintain files pertaining to personnel, finance and administrative activities.
Provide responses to complex pay complaints and issues.
Develop statistical material and reports.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing clerical or administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence; filing and data entry; processing a variety of personnel or pay actions; and interpreting and applying regulatory or procedural requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
