You will serve as a Port Operations Installation Program Director in the Port Operations Division of CNI NAVMAG INDIAN ISLAND.
Duties
You will compare program requirements to budget resources to formulate out-year budget requirements.
You will participate in briefings and meetings to influence decision making.
You will collect, maintain, analyze, and provide data for planning and reporting purposes.
You will assign work based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of the employee.
You will implement strategic and organizational performance assessment methodologies to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of work operations.
You will create written documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, requirements, analysis, design reviews) to outline program recommendations for modifications or alterations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using knowledge of port operations to assist with scheduling all docking/undocking work, all berthing support, all waterborne support and vessel activities; 2) Providing input to management to suggest long and short range needs for resources such as (manpower, hardware, craft, facilities, contract services and staff support) to meet the need of all ships entering and leaving the storefront; 3) Analyzing the storefront budget to assist management with modifications that need to be made; 4) Providing insight on port operations and maritime principles to provide alternative recommendations, advice, and/or guidance.
