This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Office of Utilities and Power Plant Operations, Office of the Assistant Director of the Utility Services Division, Electronics Branch.
The incumbent is an Electronics Mechanic Supervisor in the Electronics Branch and may be assigned to the Day or Evening Electronics Operations and Maintenance Section.
Duties
The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the implementation and sustainment of Congressional Call\Clock Systems (CCCSs); Congressional Cable Television Systems (CCTSs); Congressional Audio\Sound Systems (CASS); Congressional FM Radio System (CFRS); and various electronics systems located throughout the Capitol Hill Complex.

Qualifications
You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the selective placement factor required for this position which includes: Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision.
Qualifications at the WS-11 level: Leads in the installation, maintenance, modification or repair of electronic equipment for building projects and provides technical direction and/or help to subordinate employees in accomplishing work steps and processes.
