About the Position:
This position serves as the Administrative Support Assistant for the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center (AMTC) performing a variety of administrative duties including civilian personnel actions and financial resource management.
Duties
Manage the calendars for the Director, Deputy Director and the AMTC synchronized calendar.
Arrange itineraries for division personnel.
Advise appropriate staff of development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Support management in overseeing the annual divisional budget.
Distribute tasks to responsible personnel and monitor actions in regard to set deadlines.
Serve as the program coordinator for the Government travel card program.
Initiate civilian personnel action requests in accordance with management directives.
Serves as Classified Documents Custodian and Security Manager of all documents, film, tapes, and all other related media materials.
Serves as a point of contact on personnel security clearance matters.
Assists in managing the annual budget for the division.
Requirements
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the following: Perform a wide variety of administrative support duties such as prepare travel requests, file maintenance and timekeeping; Use knowledge of a government travel card program to process requests for new travel cards and temporary increases in credit limits; Use principles and methods in conducting personnel management actions such as civilian awards and maintaining performance rating schemes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. (NOTE: You MUST provide copy of your college transcripts.)

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
