The Housekeeping Aid Supervisor position will be located in Brooklyn, New York. The incumbent serves a Housekeeping aid supervisor reporting directly to the General foreman.
Duties
Responsible for supervising workers directly and labor work operations in EMS.
Review and respond to emails in a timely manners.
Setup cleaning projects before employee's tour of duty and get approval.
Enter, update, review, and close out EOC deficiencies for assignments.
Evaluate and rate subordinate housekeeping aids for work performances, approve/disapprove leave requests and ensure appropriate coverage for the day, evening, or midnight shifts.
Responsible for properly training and closely monitoring the housekeeping aids and ensuring that the employees for completing their daily assignments.
Establish deadlines and completion of cleaning assignments.
Responsible for submitting weekly inspection sheets, ensuring that their HKAs are filling out logs sheets.
Ensure that health aids, housekeeping aids and Compensated Work Therapy ( CWT) worker are properly trained before leaving the employee in their assignment area(s).
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Note: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment.
