You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Office of the Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DATM) of ASN RDA WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will lead strategic planning to determine goals, objectives, direction, and priorities assigned of the organization, program or project to meet mission critical requirements of the DON.
You will plan, execute, and evaluate highly complex program work to meet long term strategic priorities and provide advice on planning across a broad range of engineering or scientific programs.
You will formulate approaches and implement strategies to establish and maintain career development and management programs for the Acquisition Work Force throughout DON.
You will use analytical and evaluative methods to measure and evaluate program accomplishments and schedule long-range and short-range program and project objectives.
You will serve as the Chief of Staff for the Director, Acquisition Talent Management (DATM) and oversee all actions, staffing processes and procedures and supervise the DATM staff.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is eligible for ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NH03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, executing and evaluating highly complex program work to meet long-term strategic priorities; directing or advising on new technologies or methods for the organization, program or project; and developing policies for acquisition workforce improvement.
