About the Position: About the Position: Sierra Army Depot is located in Herlong CA, a rural town in Northern California. Herlong is approximately 60 miles north of Reno, NV, and 35 miles south of Susanville, CA. The depot serves as an Army Expeditionary Logistical Support Center. Employees work Mon-Thurs, 0630-1700 hrs. Youth Facilities and childcare available. Mass transportation is available at minimal cost. Surrounding area boasts a full range of outdoor sports/recreation activities.

Duties

Schedule work orders to ensure production goals are met. Develop production schedules for customers. Update supervisors with status updates, and necessary changes that could impact their production schedules. Report any discrepancies in production schedules to higher management.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires a valid, State-issued motor vehicle driver's license.
• THIS IS A TERM POSITION NOT TO EXCEED 2 YEARS. THIS APPOINTMENT MAY BE EXTENDED IN INCREMENTS OF 2 YEARS TO A MAXIMUM OF 8 YEARS. EXTENSIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE CONTINGENT UPON BUDGET AND WORKLOAD.
