You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MATERIEL DEPARTMENT of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for the storage, maintenance, and use of non-civil engineer support equipment (CESE) Table of Allowance (TOA).
You will manage and oversee tent camp equipment, light construction, communications, Counter RCIED (Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device) Electronic Warfare (CREW), tools, kits, robots, and other ancillary equipment within NECC TOA.
You will perform as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure that contractors comply with all contract requirements.
You will provide effective contract quality surveillance to ensure successful contractor performance results in the fulfillment of NECC's mission needs and requirements.
You will utilize automated information systems, such as JCM, RCRP, DPAS, ERP, TOA inventory management tools and other related accountability and readiness reporting software to review material on hand.
You will develop correspondence and naval messages related to outfitting and development of Tables of Allowance (TOA) and equipment guidance and complete TOA reviews and development plans.
You will direct the execution of funding supporting TOA Spend and Buy Plans for Other Procurement Navy (OPN), Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) and projecting supplemental funding across the Future Year Defense Plan (FYDP).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying knowledge and experience of diverse navy expeditionary commands' logistic systems emphasizing Table of Allowance (TOA), accurately developing and promulgating TOA policy and procedures related to identifying specific requirements for material and services necessary for operational readiness.
Experience performing as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure that contractors comply with all contract requirements, and providing effective contract quality surveillance to ensure successful contractor performance results in the fulfillment of NECC's mission needs and requirements.
Experience conducting operational logistics planning and analysis, under minimal supervision and guidance, related to equipping, deployment and sustainment of units/forces for exercises, operations and contingencies.
Experience applying experience in expeditionary operations and techniques and the impact that logistics support has on day-to-day readiness.
