About the Position: This position is located on the island of Oahu, in the City & County of Honolulu. - Incentives may be authorized on case-by-case basis, subject to agency determination and approval.

Duties

Responsible for the overall management, control, coordination and execution of assigned programs and projects. Implement corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the program. Coordinate the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations, etc., for Civil Works and/or support for other projects of normal scope and complexity. Control and arrange project milestones and budgets from initial customer contact on a problem through construction, and for certain Civil Works projects, through operations and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
  • This position requires the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a driver's license in one of the 50 US states or possessions and any installation and/or DoD requirement.
  • This is a Defense Acquisition Workforce (AWF) position. The employee must meet the DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the sequenced position. Practitioner Career Level Certification must be met within 5 years.
  • This position has Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 30% of the time.
  • This position is subject to a one-year probationary period.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
