You will serve as an GG-0132-13 Intelligence Specialist performing technical intelligence collection and analysis and providing assistance in overseeing intelligence support to cyberspace operations. This position is located in Kunia, Honolulu, HI at NIOC HI COMPUTER NETWORK OPERATIONS.
Duties
You will perform duties related to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) development by using digital network intelligence and researching vulnerabilities and exploits utilized in traffic.
You will conduct research and analysis on counterintelligence threat information, foreign intelligence threat capabilities, and data pertaining to various communications/electronic systems.
You will provide technical information collected from open source, Signals Intelligence, and computer network defense resources to identify, analyze, and report on adversarial tactics, techniques and procedures related to anomalous network activity.
You will interpret, evaluate, and integrate intelligence information from all sources and conduct briefings to leadership.
You will utilize selective intelligence collection methods and systems, their capabilities and limitations, and appropriate tasking methods.
You will prepare finished products, prepare and present briefings, and participate in meetings and conferences.
Requirements

- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 132 - Target Network Analyst; see Additional Information section.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as:
1. Conduct research and analysis on counterintelligence threat information, foreign intelligence threat capabilities, and data pertaining to various communications/electronic systems.
2. Develop products related to indications and warning of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, incident response, and cyber threat analysis.
3. Provide technical information collected from a variety of open source, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and computer network defense resources, including digital network maps, metadata as applied by collection systems, intrusion detection system alerts, firewall and network traffic logs, host system logs, and reverse engineered malicious software to identify, analyze, and report anomalous network activity.
