This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence-Office of Foreign Assets Control, OFAC. As a Program Manager, you will be serving in a multi-faceted role that includes being a senior advisor to the Associate Director.

Duties

The next phase it will take one hour, at a minimum, to complete. As a Program Manager, you will: Directly support an organization responsible for a variety of diverse programs and/or services. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control, and evaluate all activities in key acquisition management areas to including the entire contract procurement process from initial development to final contract award. Translate complex mission requirements into actionable contract performance requirements and measures. To acquire effective products and services, you must understand the OFAC Mission and the operations and requirements of the component offices.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: Implementing and administering an acquisition program to support the professional, technical, and administrative goals and objectives of an agency; AND Working on issues presented by supervisors, peers, and subordinate employees and deciding on and/or coordinating work-related changes affecting other programs.
