This position is located at a PHS Indian Health Center within the Billings Area. The purpose of this position is to provide patient transport services for the Service Unit assigned. The incumbent is responsible for vehicle operation, operator maintenance, and passenger safety.
Duties
Daily transports of patients referred from the Poplar and Wolf Point IHS Clinics to and from physician, dentist and hospital appointments in Miles City, Great Falls, Billings, Sidney, Bismark, ND and Williston, ND, and various other places by GSA vehicle.
Maintains a record log of daily transports.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections on all vehicles.
Assist patients, handicapped individuals in and out of vehicle, appointments or lodging area.
Assist the Maintenance department in duties working around the clinic area and grounds performing general maintenance functions and various duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:

Time In Grade
