This position is located within the Office of Security and Hazardous Materials Safety (ASH) organization, Office of Personnel Security (AXP), and may be assigned to a geographical location under the purview of the Program Office. The mission of ASH is to ensure aviation safety, support national security, and promote an efficient airspace system through the development and administration of policies and programs.
Duties
This position supports ASH in accomplishing mission critical responsibilities and key agency goals and objectives through the performance of administrative, program support, and technical duties.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- Designated or Random Drug Testing required.
- A Secret clearance is required for this position.
- TRAVEL: This position requires occasional travel of 15%

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least One Year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to next lower level (FV-F or FG/GS-5-9) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
