The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.
Duties
Lead engagement efforts with relevant stakeholders to ensure IT professionals are provided well thought-out requirements and track development of mission related systems and tools.
Develop and coordinate technology delivery roadmaps needed to achieve results; including justification for priority change, dependencies (both internal and external), and solutions ranging in complexities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to officers responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering written presentations and oral briefings for senior official and internal customers on issues pertaining to DII's identity intelligence modernization and technical initiatives.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts in the CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities to support NCTC mission requirements and analytic undertakings and to promote intelligence integration.
Serve as the primary approver for the allocation of resources related to the Technology Division including but not limited to training, travel, and contracts.
Advise senior leadership on resource needs for the entire division.
Lead subordinates to develop strategies to overcome identified information technology gaps pertaining to terrorist identities and prepare requirements for and implement methodologies to collect required capabilities to fill the gaps.
Develop substantive analytic, program management and leadership of subordinate employees, and contribute to the broader corporate mission of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years job-related experience that would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the functions of the position proficiently.
