About the Position: This position is located with the Nutrition Care Food Services in Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado.

Duties

Develops accurate food production forecasts by reviewing historical workload data. Ensure that all operations of Production and Service Branch (recipe and food production, withdrawal and delivery of inventory items) are adequately performed incorporating pertinent local data as necessary. Serve as the Production Planner for four separate dining areas. Analyze daily dining room census information, daily patient census information, previous food production estimates, and ingredient summaries to determine forecasting criteria. Maintain the operating systems, credit card equipment, product scanners, and scale performance and integrity. Input Computrition and Point of Sales System data.

Requirements
