You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE/LABOR RELATIONS) in the Labor Employee Relations Branch of Civilian Human Resources Office-Southeast, a position aligned under Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejuene and located in Albany, Georgia. This position serves as a regional subject matter experts and directly supports a number of Marine Corps Commands, to include Marine Corps Logistics Command and it's three subordinate Commands.
Duties
Serve as the principal point of contact on employee/labor management relations matters of overall concern with established bargaining units.
Provide technical advice and assistance to management regarding their rights and obligations under law, regulation, and negotiated agreements.
Develop and present solutions to situations affecting numerous inter-related personnel issues.
Provide overall advice and assistance on management-employee/labor relations, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, performance management and recognition, employee counseling, and related functions.
Provide advice on personnel issues such as substance abuse, sexual harassment, working conditions, job-related stress, smoking in the work place, leave administration, pay entitlements, affirmative action, etc.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as the primary technical authority and consultant on all labor and employee relations matters, and providing advice and guidance to all levels of management, management representatives, and employees.
