Duties
Prepare recurring reports on personnel by obtaining required information.
Schedule and brief attendees on the time and purpose of meetings to ensures appropriate attendees or their representatives are notified and are in attendance.
Serves as primary point of contact for all directorate personnel on performance evaluations.
Use a computer to compose routine correspondence reports, briefing documents, messages and forms
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Incumbent must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes demonstrated experience 1) Developing and maintaining statistical reports, spreadsheet, project plans and correspondence, 2) Utilizing computer software to complete time keeping reports and to schedule travel, and 3) Evaluating and reviewing civilian personnel actions for regulatory compliance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
Proficiency Required: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
