About the Position: This position is located at Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California.

Duties

Responsible for screening and procurement of general store materials. Conduct physical inventories of general store materials. Initiate the preparation, editing and processing of replenishment and new item requisitions. Contact vendors, source of supply and prime vendor to obtain material status update. Input into the database any properly determined required inventory adjustments. Authorize procurement and is responsible for funds management.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
