Duties
You will assist management in the evaluation of the effectiveness of Office of Admission marketing/outreach programs in relation to issues, problems, or concepts that are not always susceptible to direct observation and analysis.
You will interface with other USNA and outside admission departments in support of gathering, analyzing, or distributing data in order to benchmark best practices.
You will manage and oversee workload pertaining to planning, organizing, and conducting all phases of the project.
You will create and implement meaningful strategies for data collection.
You will apply strong analytical skills and functional expertise with analytics, measurement and reporting for marketing, user, and business metrics.

- You must have a management or business background; with experience working with large or complex organizations.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, data analysis, and data modeling techniques at a level gained from a Bachelor's degree, with 2 - 3 years of experience.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supporting outreach programs for a large or complex organization by implementing continuous improvement, and maintenance of operations, processes and systems in an effort to meet or exceed departmental goals; 2) Providing recommendations to personnel to optimize existing programs and to improve outreach plans to achieve specific goals in the development of "best practices"; 3) Maintaining sound data collection processes and advising senior staff in the use of data to drive decision-making across the organization; 4) Applying written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in every area of an outreach program; and 5) Executing, via recognized, repeatable business improvement methods, at least one of the following: management or organizational change, data analytics, or business process design in order to fully support an outreach operation.
