You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Operating, Materials and Supply (OM&S) Property Management of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center, Division Keyport, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) at Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Naval Base Newport, Rhode Island.
Duties
You will assist senior level employees and supervisors to initiate, develop, schedule, implement, and monitor operations in order to solve problems in materials management.
You will manage inventory through Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) to ensure production operation requirements are met.
You will recommend ways to resolve material support programs, performing audits on Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.
You will coordinate and track actions required as a result of internal/external audits and evaluate findings.
You will compile, analyze, and evaluate various supply operational statistics, including performance metrics per the Statement of Work.
You will be required to utilize knowledge in all areas of governing Operating, Materials and Supply regulations, policies, directives, procedures, operations, methods, and practices.
You will interpret policies and directives and propose adaptation and/or modification/tailoring or procedures, operations, methods, and practices when necessary.
You will conduct reviews and inspections to assure material accountability and operationally and environmentally safe procedures and practices are in place.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the evaluation and implementation of guidance to ensure optimization for an operating materials and supplies warehouse.
