About the Position: : This position is within the Directorate of Public Works Engineering & Planning Division located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA.

Duties

Conduct site surveys to check the accuracy of electronic signaling systems. Review operational plans of control systems to ensure safety working environment. Assist in developing effective solutions to diagnose issues of control system malfunctions. Implement electrical engineering principles and techniques to improve programming control systems.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must obtain and maintain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification.
  • One-year probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
  • Must be able to occasionally travel 10% to attend workshops, training, or seminars.
