About the position: This position will be assigned to Marketing on Keesler Air Force Base.
This is a Regular Full time position. You are guaranteed 35 hours a week. You will be offered Health insurance, life insurance, 401k, and Retirement.
Duties
Responsible for participating in the planning and execution of marketing campaign plans, including the creation of social media, web, and digital display advertising in support of business objectives. Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against business goals and KPIs. Responsible for content creation that includes creating and managing digital-related content and media campaigns for website, social media, online advertisements, digital newsletters, SMS messages, and video spots for all organizational activities. Organizes digital resources in compliance with department processes and procedures. Adheres to department branding and copy standards. Oversees departments photography and videography projects. Reports progress and initiatives on digital marketing campaigns to the Marketing Director, Branch Officers and Division Chiefs. Promotes and ensures brand awareness by growing the organization's digital presence and expanding upon current web, social media business practices. Monitors digital ROMIs and KPIs. Suggests and implements digital marketing methods to increase efficiency to the organizations digital advertising, social media, website, and SEO. Researches, develops, and implements current digital media trends. Manages and maintains all 81 FSS marketing channels. This includes strategy development, project planning, and content creation by implementing a blend of strategic, analytical, and creative thinking. Finds creative ways to build relationship with the customer on digital platforms. Assists with graphic design projects for print and digital marketing campaigns. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Adheres to safety regulations and standards. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupational illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immediate supervisor. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field appropriate to the work of the position AND three years of experience in the occupation, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent tothat gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Three years recent experience in digital media or a related field that shows the ability to perform the above duties as required.Demonstrated experience in SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social media campaigns.Demonstrated experience in advertising development, production, and delivery, and familiarity with the related technologies, methodologies, and concepts.Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, or other media editing software.Experience with visual communication principles.Familiarity with web design principles.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
