This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, Capitol Grounds and Arboretum, Gardening Division, Tree Branch. Serves as an Arborist, engaged in contemporary scientific methodology and practices to preserve and maintain historical and memorial trees located on the Capitol Grounds in accordance with historic Olmsted landscape design.

Requirements

• You must possess an ISA certification or an accredited tree expert license.

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.    You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT required for this position: Ability to perform the work of Arborist with more than normal supervision.
