Duties
Review and evaluate current or projected logistics programs to determine their overall effectiveness in achieving full logistics support of equipment/systems.
Monitor, review, and support the development and sustainment of quality and continuous improvement policy and procedural information.
Compose correspondence and prepares study reports identifying decisions, recommendations, and policy actions initiated to accomplish logistics objectives.
Manage efforts to identify financial, supply, maintenance, transportation and manpower services required to provide logistics readiness support for numerous units/activities within large geographical areas.
Develop, refines, analyzes, and issues logistics policies.
Identify failure points of repair programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Obtain and maintain Secret a security clearance.
- Obtain and maintain Acquisition certification, Life Cycle Logistics, Advanced, within 4 years of job entry.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with programming, budgeting, and execution for Logistics functions; and conducting studies to identify logistics problems.
