About the Position: This position is with the Army Geospatial Center located at the Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity, 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22315. This is a permanent position.

Duties

Serves as the Army Geospatial Center Training Coordinator responsible for planning, managing, requesting, scheduling, conducting, monitoring, and evaluating training programs/classes for assigned civilian, military, and contractor AGC personnel. Exercise full program management and authority to develop training plans, policies, administration, and programs affecting organizational missions. Utilize various training systems to manage course enrollments, employees' training records, and training/class offerings. Advise Directorate Chiefs and Branch Chiefs of required training needs, including but not limited to, necessary equipment, software, supplies, and other materials. Advise AGC leadership regarding requirements for mandatory training and recommend which employees should attend based on training records history.

  • This position requires the incumbent to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • This position requires the incumbent to travel up to 25% of the duty time.
