Duties
You will develop, coordinate, and publish orders and directives to implement policy on all matters to Emergency Management (EM) and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
You will execute daily development, support, guidance, and policy oversight for EM.
You will collaborate and coordinate with local, state, federal and other military service (s) emergency managers to achieve the highest possible level of EM plan integration and interoperability.
You will support the annual "all hazards" training exercise.
You will develop and provide input to support agreements with local emergency services, specifically addressing COOP-related support agreement.
Requirements

- This is a Emergency Essential position.
- Selectee may be subject to 24-hour recall to perform emergency response duties and may include tour(s) of duty on weekends or nights to support training for or during actual emergency operations.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, developing, organizing, coordinating and administering Emergency management and Continuity of Operations (COOP) programs and evaluating emergency response exercises and operations.
