As a Building Manager, you will provide occupants of Federal Government buildings and privately leased space with safe, secure, clean, and sustainable facilities in which to conduct agency business.Location of position: GSA Public Buildings Service, Facilities Management Division, Spokane, WA

If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as evaluating policies and implementing programs related to the operation and maintenance of medium size (e.g. 500K sq ft), multi-level, commercial buildings (or equivalent non-housing high rise building); analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations, automated systems, and mechanical equipment; establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction programs that include feedback mechanisms used to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided; and managing or monitoring real property budgetary and financial data.
