Duties

You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities. You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner. You will work closely with public-private venture (PPV) partner to solve complex problems (e.g., housing, tenants, services, utilization, designation of quarters). You will oversee the execution of inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting housing facility inspections and identifying deficiencies; 2) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements and specifications to quality problems encountered in such activities as audits, facility inspections, or investigations; and 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action. The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:

Master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
