Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. To qualify for the GS-14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13. Specialized experience for the position includes: Assisting managers with negotiation plans and contracts for major space actions for complex and controversial realty matters; AND Coordinating the direction of the maintenance of owned and operated building; AND Assisting program managers with plans and projects to meet the mission and organization goals; AND Monitors and maintains program reports for effectiveness and program compliance.
