About the Position: Serves as the Senior Management Analyst in the TF VIPR Executive Office, responsible for numerous assigned programs to include manpower management, training program management, administrative management, credit card management, operations management, awards program management and financial management. May be eligible for non-competitive promotion to target position upon meeting time-in-grade restrictions and completing all required training/conditions of employment.
Duties
Provides staff leadership and expert technical guidance to the Mission Support Office in all phases of the management analysis program processes.
Makes continuing reviews of incoming project planning, execution, and related material and program activities, and keeps currently informed on all phases of planning and execution.
Prepares, reviews, and/or staff regulations, supplements, policy statements and other directives implementing operating instructions and required changes regarding the task force.
Serves as Task Forces Management Internal Control Program Officer responsible for assuring that reports of reviews demonstrate the validity of internal control activities and reflect the system established for Internal Control System(s).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes being responsible for numerous assigned programs within the Mission Support Office Programs include but are not limited to manpower management, training program management, administrative management, credit card management, operations management, awards program management and financial management. Office coordinator of training plans and programs for Career Program 16 and 18 and DAU Acquisition Certification Program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
