This position is located in the Talent Recruitment and Outreach Division, Human Capital Directorate, Office of the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties

This position is located in the Talent Recruitment and Outreach (TRO) Division, Internships and Fellowships Program Section of the Human Capital Directorate (HCD) at the Library of Congress. This position reports to the Chief, Talent Recruitment and Outreach.

Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to develop and manage a career development program. ** Ability to manage projects. ** Knowledge of budget, financial, procurement and contracting administration practices, and procedures. ** Ability to utilize computer technology. ** Ability to plan and organize and learn continuously. Ability to present information in both planned and extemporaneous situations. Ability to communicate effectively in writing. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
